Refund Policy.

This Refund & Subscription Policy governs the use of the MR FUELS TRANSACT mobile application, website, and related services ('Services'), owned and operated by MR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Subscription Model & Free Trial

Model Overview

MR FUELS TRANSACT operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. • New users are provided with a one (1) month free trial • No charges are applied during the free trial period • Users are expected to evaluate the Services during the trial before subscribing The Company is not responsible if a user fails to cancel the subscription before the free trial ends.

2. No Refund Policy

Finality of Payment

Once a paid subscription is activated, all fees paid are final and non-refundable. No refunds (full or partial) will be issued for: • Early cancellation or unused subscription period • Change of mind or non-usage of the Services • Business shutdown or inactivity • Feature expectations not matching user assumptions Subscriptions are billed in advance and considered consumed once activated.

3. Trial-to-Paid Conversion

User Responsibility

If a user does not cancel before the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Responsibility for managing or cancelling the trial lies solely with the user.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Process

Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard or app settings. Upon cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining days.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

Policy Violation

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms or non-payment. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to breach of policy.

6. Data Access Post-Expiration

Data Policy

Access to business data and reports may be restricted immediately upon subscription expiry. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their business data. No refund or compensation shall be provided for deleted or inaccessible data.

7. Service Availability

Technical Limitations

Refunds will not be issued for: • Temporary service interruptions or server downtime • Internet, device, or third-party service issues • Feature upgrades, removals, or modifications The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

8. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

Limited Exception

A refund may be considered only if a duplicate payment is successfully charged or a verified technical billing error occurs. Such requests must be raised within 7 days and are subject to internal verification.

9. Third-Party Gateways

Payment Processing

Payments are processed via third-party providers. The Company is not responsible for gateway failures or delays. Users may need to coordinate with the payment provider for dispute resolution.

10. Policy Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
