These Terms govern access to and use of the Services provided by MR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Software-Based Platform
The Services provide a software-based platform for recording, organizing, and displaying business data entered by users. The Company functions strictly as a technology provider.
The Company does not:
• Operate petrol pumps or manage onsite operations
• Control cash, stock, or physical assets
• Provide professional accounting, legal, or tax advice
2. Data-Based Outputs & Records
2.1
Indicative Reports
All calculations and summaries are generated automatically based on user inputs. They are indicative in nature; users must independently review them before business reliance.
2.2
Daily Uploads & Photos
Users are responsible for daily photographs or data entries. The Company bears no responsibility for missing data or omissions caused by user delays.
2.3
Credit & Prepaid Control
Customer credit/prepaid records are maintained solely on user entries. These remain under the user's total control and are not verified by the Company.
3. Subscription & Fees
Payment Terms
Services are provided on a prepaid subscription basis. Fees must be paid as per the selected plan (Trial, Pro, or Premium).
Failure to pay or timely renew may result in immediate suspension of access to the dashboard and records.
4. Restrictions on Use
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code
• Using bots or scrapers to extract system data
• Reselling or redistributing access to third parties
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of MR TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license during an active subscription period.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.
